All permanent anchor points MUST be inspected and certified every 12 months. They are non-compliant otherwise with current safety standards and would not be available for safe use. 

Only certified roof safety professionals should be inspecting your roof and advising on safety compliance. To maximise protection and ensure minimal risk, roof safety should be assessed every year on every roof area to meet current standards. ​

CERTIFICATION

A comprehensive assessment will be completed for all critical roof safety components including perimeter safety, roof access safety, and protection around rooftop units.

WRITTEN REPORT

A detailed written report will be completed outlining our findings with photographs and completed tasks. Certified documentation is critical for safety compliance protocol annually.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Professional recommendations will be made on how to sustain compliance and provide additional protection surrounding safety requirements. ​
