Why We Give Back
A Business Is Only as Strong as the Community Around It
The people who work at Ideal Asset Maintenance, and the clients we serve, are part of communities that are bigger than any roofing project. We support causes that make those communities stronger — focusing on children's health, youth opportunity, and housing for the most vulnerable.
Our involvement is practical: event sponsorship and fundraising participation that puts resources directly behind organisations doing important work. We are proud to support the following three causes.
About the Cause
The Kids' Cancer Project is an independent national charity supporting childhood cancer research. Since 1993 the charity has contributed tens of millions of dollars to scientific research, funding scientists working to find better, kinder treatments and, ultimately, cures for children with cancer across Australia.
About the Cause
PCYC NSW is a charity dedicated to empowering young people through Police and community partnerships. With more than 65 clubs across the state, PCYC provides sport, recreation, education, and mentoring programs in safe, inclusive environments — helping young Australians build confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging.
About the Cause
The Property Industry Foundation brings together Australia's property and construction industry to address youth homelessness. PIF builds crisis accommodation and transitional housing for young Australians who have nowhere safe to live — a cause that sits close to what our industry does every day. As creators of the built environment, we believe we have a role to play.
Our Commitment
Part of How We Do Business
Community involvement isn't a separate program at Ideal Asset Maintenance — it's part of how we think about the role a business like ours should play. We work on buildings that house hospitals, schools, aged care facilities, and community centres. The communities those buildings serve are the same ones we live and work in.
Supporting causes like childhood cancer research, youth development, and housing for vulnerable young people reflects a straightforward conviction: the industry we work in has resources and reach that can make a real difference, and we should use them.
